Khan Academy was another site we had to visit on this weeks embedded tasks. I found it very similar to Code Monster, but it was in more detail. I still see it as a valuable tool but because it was a recorded lessons, I found that it might move too fast for my students. Comparing it to Code monster which you really could do at your own pace and play around with each level as much as you like.
Through doing a bit of investigating on the Khan Academy site, I found a video that I think would appeal to my students because it shows famous, successful people encouraging coding and supporting that it is an exciting thing to know and understand. I believe if I showed it to my students, it would give them a lot of inspiration.
